What does the initial consult include?
A virtual visit with Dr. Rojas, a complete health intake, review of your goals and history, a personalized plan with concrete recommendations, and a follow-up on week 3. You'll also get secure messaging for ongoing communication, refills, and protocol modifications — that part is free, forever. Your initial consultation is free for everyone. After that, follow-up consultations are included with a membership, or $120 per visit for non-members.
How much do the products and treatments cost?
Pricing depends on what you order — peptides, hormones, GLP-1s, labs, and supplements all have their own costs. You'll see upfront pricing before you commit to anything. We don't bundle or mark up hidden fees. If you want ongoing support, our monthly care programs include visits and follow-ups; otherwise, single visits and products are billed only when you order them.
What about follow-up visits?
Members of a monthly care program get follow-up consultations included. For non-members, follow-up consultations are $120 per visit. Most quick questions, refills, and dosage adjustments still happen for free through secure messaging.
Do you take insurance?
No, but you can use your HSA or FSA card for the consult and most treatments. Vive is a cash-pay practice — going direct lets us spend more time with you, recommend what's actually best for your situation, and keep pricing transparent.
