Is there a monthly membership?
Optional. We offer monthly care programs (Longevity Concierge, Performance Optimization, Weight Loss) for patients who want ongoing support — opt-in, cancel anytime, no contracts. Join a program or start any eligible service and your initial consult is free. Prefer a one-off? Book a $120 one-time consult instead.
What does the initial consult include?
A virtual visit with Dr. Rojas, a complete health intake, review of your goals and history, a personalized plan with concrete recommendations, and a follow-up on week 3. You'll also get patient portal access for ongoing communication, refills, and protocol modifications — that part is free, forever. Your initial consult is free when you join a care program or start an eligible service. Just want to see a doctor about a specific concern? That's our $120 one-time consult.
How much do the products and treatments cost?
Pricing depends on what you order — peptides, hormones, GLP-1s, labs, and supplements all have their own costs. You'll see upfront pricing before you commit to anything. We don't bundle or mark up hidden fees. If you want ongoing support, our monthly care programs include visits and follow-ups; otherwise, single visits and products are billed only when you order them.
What about follow-up visits?
Members of a monthly care program get follow-up visits included (Weight Loss follow-ups are 15–20 minutes, scheduled monthly). For non-members, follow-up consults are priced per visit — we'll always quote you before booking. Most quick questions, refills, and dosage adjustments still happen for free through the patient portal.
Do you take insurance?
No, but you can use your HSA or FSA card for the consult and most treatments. Vive is a cash-pay practice — going direct lets us spend more time with you, recommend what's actually best for your situation, and keep pricing transparent.
Where do you practice?
Statewide in Florida, 100% virtual. Dr. Rojas is licensed in FL — patients anywhere in the state can see her without leaving their home.
